Founded in 2009, HR Strategy Partners was built on a foundation of successful business performance. Associates of the firm have extensive track records of success in diverse industries and within various human resources disciplines. Rebecca Thaisen, CEO and President, has 30 years of business leadership experience in financial services/banking, manufacturing and distribution, retail, agriculture/food products, consumer goods, health care and professional services.  Our associates and partners work closely with our clients, to ensure that our clients receive the products and services which meet their industry needs, and best fit their culture, environment, and unique circumstances.
